Once the purchase is completed and access to the digital content or service is
granted, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. By

We may consider refunds under the
following rare circumstances:
- If you are unable to access the digital product or
coaching session due to a technical issue on our end, and we are
unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time.
- If the product or service received is significantly
different from what was described on our website, and we are unable to
rectify the issue.
All refund requests must be

purchase. Each case will be reviewed individually, and any decision
regarding a refund will be made at our sole discretion.
