This Shipping & Delivery Policy is provided to clarify how and when you will receive access to your purchased services and products.

Digital Products & Online Services

Instant Delivery

  • All digital products (such as diet plans, eBooks, and downloadable wellness tools) will be delivered via email or made available for download immediately after successful payment confirmation through Razorpay.
  • In some cases, access links or downloadable content will be shared within 1–12 business hours of your purchase, depending on the product type and order volume.

Health Coaching Sessions

  • After purchasing a coaching session or wellness program, you will receive an email or WhatsApp message with further instructions to schedule your session.
  • Sessions are delivered online through Zoom, Google Meet, or WhatsApp video call, based on your convenience.

No Physical Shipping

As we do not sell physical products, there are no shipping charges, courier services, or delivery timelines applicable.

Order Confirmation

Once your payment is successful, you will receive:

  • An email confirmation of your order.
  • Access details or digital download links for your purchased product or program.
